I dealt with Trevor who was very attentive but also not at all pushy. He knew his stuff and even if he didn’t know the answer right away he would go and find out rather than try to blag. We love the car we bought through him and wouldn’t hesitate to buy again or recommend to others

Very impressed with the service when buying my new Niro. Richard couldn't have been more helpful in discussing everything, organising a test drive and valuing my trade-in. And no hard sell! I was kept informed throughout awaiting delivery and on collection everything was very smoothly done. Absolutely no complaints and really impressed with the car.

My experience with Snows Kia was extremely disappointing as an employee and is by far the worst business I have ever worked for. After raising concerns about the behaviour of a 'senior staff member', I found myself unfairly dismissed just a few weeks later and escorted off the premises with no given reason for my dismissal. Considering I had been a skilled Administrator for another Kia Dealership previously for 5 years, something does not add up for me. The handling of my initial complaint during a meeting with HR was unprofessional, with apparent disregard for the seriousness of the issue. It's concerning that the 'senior member of management' in question, who has a history of complaints, continues to be employed by Snows Kia. This so called 'manager' insulted my nature on countless occasions because I am on the quieter side and had slammed V5's down on my desk in a threatening manner. The lackluster response from HR, coupled with their cocky attitude when finally addressing my emailed concerns reflects poorly on the company's commitment to customer satisfaction. Overall, my encounter with Snows Kia left me with the impression of a business with questionable ethics and a complete disregard for employee well-being.

Test drove a Kia Stinger, was not pressured into buying the Stinger. Great experience with Trevor, looked after me from the start. Would 100% recommend Snows Kia Basingstoke because their customer service is amazing. Buying a car can be such a stressful thing to do but Trevor made my experience stress free and so easy. I drove away with my Kia Stinger and I’m extremely happy. Thank you!
